Over the course of my previous Blogs I have recorded and tracked my Progress in Set Targets that I placed myself in order to improve myself as an individual and a performer. I have Evidently produced a defining result in each evaluation exploring and reflecting back to my practice sessions and how the action I take plays an integral role in the form of my development. From the beginning of my development process I have aspired to produce exceptional levels of technique that directly include Acting, Singing and Dance in order to allow myself to become a more Diverse Performer which will inevitably increase my chances of success as a Performer within my chosen Industry. Within my last Blog I addressed the Methods of training I had been using in order to achive specific targets such as demonstrating Emotion whilst singing as well as vowel pronunciation, Breath control and Flexibility. I set myself numerous targets in order to constantly have vigorous achievements and be the best version of myself as a performer, I aspired to achive many different skills by the first of each month and mark it as a check point to track where I am with the skill I hope to gain confidently. Whilst undertaking my development I made changes to my previous plan as I became aware that in order to excel in regards to my set targets I needed to priorities them more and find time to focus on producing a form of supporting work that would help me achive the skill I have set out to harness. Within college I am able to practically explore different aspects of my industry by challenging myself not to shy away from things such as script writing which I currently have the job role of partaking in when creating our second year new musical finding hope. As well as script writing I have joint collaboration with the audio-visuals team, both of these departments grant me experience and furthermore increase my chances of employment for shadowing work and work experience behind the scenes of a production. In my last Blog I discussed targets that I felt were realistic and achievable and very vocal and practical based as by practically completing work I am able to demonstrate my improvement more effectively. As a performer it's integral to understand how to convey yourself as someone to be taken seriously within the performing arts industry as well as being able to consistently demonstrate technically proficient levels of skill. The skill set required to have a clear pathway into the industry fall under the topics of: .Acting .Dance .Singing .Behaviour -Research-theatre etiquette  As a performer aspiring to be successful withing my industry its a nessesity that I am able to evaluate my own behaviours and skill set in order to effectively reflect on my skills that require further development. I can ensure that I am a confident performer and my skill set covers all basis of the required skills within my industry. I am a student currently studying at Sunderland college on a performing arts course. Due to my current position within the educational system I can confidently say I understand my industry and have a clear plan as to where I would like to develope further when it comes to university and the industry as a whole. Sunderland college has provided me with a variety of networking opportunities such as meetings and professional workshops with companies such as Sunderland empire when they were hosting their building for the touring cast of Dream Girls, during this workshops I was able to inform myself on the different pathways that people within my industry can take that link with one and other in order to be integral within the set of a production both on and off stage, these job rolls consist of: .Performers .Hair and beauty  .technician- audio-visuals  .Director  .Creative director  .Script writer The performing arts industry is consistently under development and looking for new adjustable

Reflection

 upon self reflection on my last term at college, I have achieved new performance skills I did this by, participating in  my colleges Halloween pop up performance based on Alice in wonderland. this performance granted me the opportunity to challenge myself and improve my skill of consistent character portrayal as the role of white rabbit. Our Halloween Pop up performance was held in our own city Sunderland within sunny side and within the bridges. This performance enhanced my social skills as I was able to use my performance abilities to interact and interest my audience. I further developed my confidence as performing in public is not something I do often there for having the opportunity to do so was beneficial. MUSICAL: Before we broke up for half term we began exploring the plot line for our musical finding hope, I feel as though i personally portrayed an integral role when organizing this as my previous noted ideas worked well within our final conclusive ideas. this is what lead me
